Access to and use of this GDR CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE LTD site is subject to the following terms and conditions and the laws of England and Wales. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, images, sound, software and other materials on this site are owned by GDR Creative Intelligence Ltd or are included with permission of the relevant owner. All references to GDR Creative Intelligence Ltd shall include all agents, employees, affiliates or affiliated companies of GDR Creative Intelligence Ltd.

For creatives and other contributors:

It is a condition of you submitting images and case studies to GDR that you warrant that you either i) own the copyright to the images and case studies or ii) have permission from the owner of the copyright to pass it on to GDR for use in whole or part on the GDR website, in GDR’s reports, presentations, workshops, conference presentations, promotional material and other communications with the press and with GDRs clients. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify GDR against all losses which GDR may suffer as a consequence of action taken against GDR for breach of copyright or other intellectual property in respect of the intellectual property which you submit”.

For all site users:

You are permitted to browse the public areas of this site and to reproduce extracts by way of printing, downloading to a hard disk and by distribution to other people but, in all cases, for non-commercial, informational and personal purposes only. No reproduction of any part of the site may be sold or distributed for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or site, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including posting to any other site. No other licence or right is granted.

For password holders with access to the Digital Library and report PDF:

You must have an active license in order to have password access to these parts of GDR’s site. It is a condition of use that upon leaving the employ of the license holding company you inform GDR so that your password can be deleted. Password holders are permitted to browse the digital library and report PDF and to reproduce extracts by way of printing, downloading to a hard disk and by distribution to other people within the license holding company in the appropriate geographical region for that license, but no reproduction of any part of the digital library or report PDF may be sold or distributed for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or site, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including posting to any other site.
