TK Maxx approached GDR to mediate and provide stimulus material for a workshop looking towards creating a TK Maxx store for 2010. Teams of participants were asked to think about the current TK Maxx store format and to describe what a new customer's first impression would be. Then, using case studies taken from GDR's Global Innovation Reports for inspiration, each team created a moodboard for their store of 2010. GDR provided TK Maxx with a follow-up document summarising the discussions and conclusions from the day, as well as some insight from GDR's external viewpoint.
